[Michael Saylor: Bitcoin Has Already Won, But Must Prevent Internal Corruption]
Michael Saylor posted a long article on the X platform stating that Bitcoin has 'already won,' but the biggest challenge at present does not come from external enemies, but rather from risks in internal governance. The most serious threat to Bitcoin is not 'enemies outside the gates,' but internal factions creating justifications, altering rules, and seizing economic benefits, ultimately turning freedom into permission and law into plunder. Saylor warned that Bitcoin's consensus rules are its 'constitution,' defining asset ownership, scarcity, settlement mechanisms, and power structures. Any actions to modify consensus rules to satisfy the interests of specific groups will harm the economic rights of current participants as well as future generations.
