Pre-market trading list absolutely dominated by semi ETFs, I count 10 of the top 15 most traded as semi related incl SOXL at #1. Yesterday the top 10 list had 5 semi ETFs. ETF volume is correlated with fear but also tends to signal local bottoms as well. We'll see tho.. (Eric Balchunas)
