Elon Musk cashing out at 31 after starting a business and then going all-in on big rockets is a story that's been told over and over again. It's often seen as a perfect blend of wisdom and courage, a shining example of a successful idealist. But in reality, no matter where you're from, if you're around 30, have started a business, and achieved some level of success—whether through business profits or cashing out in the capital markets—it's almost certain that you'll reinvest most of your funds into scaling your business or putting it into new, seemingly more promising projects, rather than spending it on personal luxuries. This is the law of entrepreneurship, not something unique to Musk!
