The AI industry can learn so much from the crypto industry. For example, (1) the Fat Protocol thesis wasn’t true and neither will be the Fat AI Model thesis. (2) Everyone will keep screaming bubble, while adoption keeps accelerating for a decade. (3) PR is much more important than you realize, so invest in it heavily. (4) You may not care about politics, but politics is going to care about you. Don’t let them control the game.
