When 2-3 of the top 10 exchanges shut down, that'll be about right. The crypto space doesn't need so many exchanges right now, 6 are enough. BitMart and BitMEX are just some 3rd-4th tier small exchanges, no trading volume or users, stuck in their ways, and not interested in running things properly.
