Odaily Planet Daily reports that, according to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) has sent a letter to Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott and senior member Elizabeth Warren, expressing support for the latest version of the CLARITY Act. The FOP stated that Section 10604 of the revised Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) has addressed its previous concerns regarding enforcement authority, and the relevant provisions will not restrict law enforcement's ability to investigate illegal activities involving digital assets. The FOP represents over 382,000 law enforcement officers. However, Eleanor Terrett pointed out that the BRCA section in the latest version of the CLARITY Act has not actually been modified, and it remains unclear what specific "revised language" the FOP is referring to.
