Wu Blockchain has learned that the DeFi protocol Fluid's governance forum has released a proposal to establish an institutional-level DeFi partnership with AGI3 Group. AGI3 plans to launch permissioned lending, trading, and RWA markets based on Fluid, with KYC/AML compliance. Its parent company, Kinetic Group, plans to acquire up to 10% of FLUID through public markets and OTC transactions. Additionally, the Fluid Foundation intends to allocate 5% of FLUID for custody by regulated institutions, locked until 2030. AGI3 will also grant 2% equity to the Fluid Foundation, and both parties plan to split the revenue from AGI3 Markets equally.
