[Japan Core CPI Rises for 58 Consecutive Months]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on July 24, data released by Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications showed that Japan's core Consumer Price Index (CPI), excluding fresh food, rose 1.6% year-on-year to 113.1 in June, marking a year-on-year increase for 58 consecutive months. Rising food prices remain the main driver of the increase in Japan's core CPI.
