My bro Anthony got stuck on Hynix. Kinda my fault too. When Merix came out, I opened a 3% premium position on Bitget, but I got caught up gaming and forgot to tell him he could switch positions. The next morning, the hype pushed the premium to 10%. He asked me if he could switch, and I told him I opened at a 3% premium and was ready to close if it went up a bit more. I actually closed at 13%, but the premium ended up expanding to 35%. Damn it. So, he didn’t switch. He could’ve broken even. After that, I kept telling him to watch the exchange rate between Sandisk and Hynix. When Sandisk crashed to 1300, the exchange rate hit its lowest point. Both were tanking, but Sandisk dropped harder, so it was a good chance to swap Hynix for Sandisk. He swapped 1/4 of his position but went with DRAM instead—didn’t dare touch Sandisk. Now Sandisk’s exchange rate has bounced back hard. Life’s just full of these annoying twists, isn’t it? #FML
