Hanlix and Meilix can't be converted through any channel, and there's no funding fee to flatten the premium.
They're just both called Hynix, that's all. The relationship between Skhy and Skhnix is like the relationship between Skhx and Sndk.
If one goes up, the other will follow a bit. If one goes down, the other will also follow a bit. It's that simple.
Doing price spread arbitrage between Hanlix and Meilix is no different from doing premium arbitrage between Sndk and Hynix.
These premiums might revert, but that's called statistical arbitrage, which falls under secondary trading. It's like Sndk and Skhnix, always in quantum entanglement.
To put it simply, it's gambling. The premium might expand or shrink—you're betting on news. But based on statistical arbitrage, these premiums won't expand infinitely. So even with a 35% premium now, there's still an edge. It's like saying Sandisk can't have a 20 PE while Hynix has a 5 PE, right? Got it?
