In recent days, I have seen many people paying attention to HertzFlow due to high leverage and test net rewards. But I think what HertzFlow is really worth seeing is not just its trading function, but its attempt to solve the problem of on chain fund utilization. BNB Chain has always had sufficient funds, but a large amount of funds have been stuck in ordinary LP and lending agreements for a long time, and the liquidity that truly participates in on chain leveraged trading has not been fully activated. @Hertzflow_xyz's HzLP design is an attempt to find new usage scenarios for this portion of funds. Simply put, when users deposit USDT into different market pools, they become liquidity providers for the corresponding market. The transaction fees, borrowing fees, and some trading profits generated by traders opening positions will become the source of income for LPs. Interestingly, it did not adopt a single large pool to bear all risks, but instead split different markets into independent pools. You can choose relatively mature markets such as BTC and ETH, as well as new assets with higher volatility, and allocate according to your risk preferences. At the same time, the returns are automatically reinvested, eliminating the need to frequently receive rewards and reducing operational costs. Of course, the real challenge of on chain leverage is never to create functionality, but rather risk control in long-term operation. The stability, clearing mechanism, and depth of liquidity of the oracle determine whether the protocol can retain users. At present, the test network has shown a certain level of activity, but the real test is after the main network. If HertzFlow can do a good job in trading experience, capital efficiency, and risk management, it may not only be a Perp platform, but also become the infrastructure connecting trading demand and liquidity in the BNB ecosystem. For early users, it is now more important to experience the product logic rather than just focusing on short-term gains.
