Ostium: Trading will resume at 22:00 on July 23rd According to Foresight News, Ostium, the RWA trading platform on Arbitrum, announced on Twitter that it will resume trading at 22:00 on July 23rd. When resuming, it will be opened in stages. Firstly, operations such as closing positions, adding margin, updating or canceling orders, taking profits and stopping losses, and forced liquidation will be activated. New positions will be opened after the liquidation of pending orders is completed. Existing open contracts and pending orders will be retained, and positions will be marked at the real-time market price at the time of resuming trading. Only the price at that time will be used to determine whether liquidation or take profit stop loss has been triggered, and price fluctuations during the suspension period will not be included. As for liquidity providers, new deposits are suspended and withdrawals will be processed in the next settlement cycle. Ostium reminds users to be alert to counterfeit accounts. The official has not yet issued any recovery registration forms, nor will they request private keys or funds. \Foresight News previously reported that Ostium tweeted that the attack that occurred on July 15th was due to hackers infiltrating off chain infrastructure related to the protocol pricing system, resulting in a total loss of over $23.75 million. Ostium stated that it is working with Mandiant, zeroShadow, Collisionless, and SEAL 911, as well as law enforcement agencies, and coordinating with exchanges, bridges, and stablecoin issuers, and will be notified 24 hours before the restart.
