[Galxe: Gravity Alpha Mainnet to Shut Down on November 1, Assets Can Be Migrated to Gravity L1] Foresight News reports that Galxe announced the Gravity Alpha Mainnet will officially cease network operations on November 1, 2026, as the Gravity L1 Mainnet becomes fully operational. At that time, the Gravity Alpha Mainnet will permanently stop running, and any assets remaining on the Alpha Mainnet will no longer be transferable. Additionally, the G staking page on Galxe will be taken offline simultaneously, and all staked G tokens must be withdrawn before this date. Developers are also required to migrate any dApps, bots, or scripts deployed on the Alpha Mainnet to Gravity L1. Galxe stated that the Gravity Alpha Mainnet previously served as the first phase of Galxe's on-chain operations, handling production traffic and identifying execution bottlenecks. The experience gained supported the development of Gravity L1, including features such as Grevm parallel EVM execution, sub-second finality, and a native oracle for validator authentication.
