Gate Releases Q2 Report Highlighting Compliance Progress, Gate US Secures 36 State MTL Licenses

Odaily Planet Daily News – Gate has released its Q2 2026 report, showcasing the platform's ongoing efforts in globalization, multi-asset development, and ecosystem construction, with further improvements to its global compliance framework. Currently, multiple Gate entities have completed regulatory registrations, license applications, or obtained authorization and approval in key jurisdictions such as Malta, the Bahamas, Japan, Australia, and Dubai, solidifying the foundation for global business compliance. Notably, Gate US now holds MTL licenses in 36 states and operates in 47 jurisdictions across the United States. Gate's Q2 report summarizes the platform's compliance achievements to date. Gate Europe has previously obtained the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license and Payment Institution (PI) license, strengthening its compliance capabilities in the European market. Gate Japan operates under the regulatory oversight of Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) to provide virtual asset services. Gate Dubai has acquired the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) license and officially launched its Dubai platform. Additionally, Gate has completed registration as a digital currency exchange service provider with AUSTRAC in Australia and launched its Australian platform. Through its multi-regional regulatory framework, the platform continues to enhance its global operational capabilities, providing users with a more robust foundation for digital asset services.
