Young respondents have a higher willingness to relinquish control. 38% of Generation Z traders and 37% of millennials expressed willingness to grant full, unsupervised access to AI, compared to 11% of Baby Boomers. The survey shows that 51% of respondents use AI tools multiple times a week for research or trading, and 77% have used general chatbots to study encrypted positions in the past three months. Real time notifications and instant revocation of system permissions are the most desired protections for respondents. 79% of respondents stated that if other exchanges provide better AI tools, they will consider switching exchanges. The US SEC, FINRA, and state securities regulatory agencies have reminded investors to verify platform registration information and be vigilant about low-risk, high return commitments.
