According to sources yesterday, BlackRock, Hillhouse Capital, and Temasek are expected to become cornerstone investors in InnoLight Technology's Hong Kong IPO. Investment institutions such as Sequoia Investment, Morgan Asset Management, Wellington Management Co., and Yunfeng Capital also plan to participate as cornerstone investors in the transaction, with these cornerstone investors anticipated to subscribe to nearly half of the shares.
