[Bitcoin Mining Company Cango Completes 10-for-1 Reverse Stock Split, Trades Under New CUSIP Starting July 21] According to a report by Jinse Finance, U.S.-listed Bitcoin mining company Cango announced that it completed a 10-for-1 reverse stock split at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026. The plan involves the company's authorized, issued, and outstanding Class A and Class B ordinary shares. The post-split Class A ordinary shares will resume trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'CANG' starting at the opening of the U.S. stock market on July 21, 2026, but will use a new CUSIP number: G1820C 110. After the reverse stock split, Cango's total authorized share capital remains at $100,000, divided into 100 million ordinary shares with a par value of $0.001 per share, including 92,067,428 Class A ordinary shares and 7,932,572 Class B ordinary shares.
