Yesterday, I used the kimi K3 to revamp the website's frontend. Burned through 25.24 million tokens, costing $11.53, all covered by last month's opencode membership—didn't spend an extra dime. Currently, the kimi official site no longer offers subscriptions. I'm using the opencode go membership, which is just $5 for the first month ($10 for renewal in the second month). If you use an invite link, you’ll get an extra $5 API credit. Right now, K3 still offers 2x usage, so it’s probably not much different from the official coding plan. The advantage is you can switch to whichever model performs better—no lock-ins. For payments, you can use a credit card or Alipay. The credits do get used up quickly though—yesterday, the 5-hour limit was maxed out in no time. Here’s the usage breakdown: 5-hour limit: $12 usage credit (rolling window) Weekly limit: $30 usage credit Monthly limit: $60 usage credit For tasks like planning, restructuring, or other complex operations, I recommend using K3 to draft a detailed plan first, then handing it off to other models for execution. Here’s how I use it
