[Hana Financial Group and Dunamu Expand Digital Finance Cooperation, Covering Stablecoins and RWA Tokenization] According to Token Post, Hana Financial Group and Dunamu are expanding their scope of cooperation to jointly design a comprehensive digital finance framework, encompassing KRW stablecoins, security tokens, and RWA (Real-World Asset) tokenization. Previously, in May, Hana Bank acquired a 6.6% stake in Dunamu for approximately 1 trillion KRW, elevating their relationship from KRW deposit and withdrawal account collaboration to a stage of deep integration of capital and technology. The two parties plan to integrate bank deposits, securities, and virtual asset accounts into a unified asset portfolio, evolving into a comprehensive asset management service. In terms of international remittance and settlement, Hana Financial's strengths in foreign exchange and overseas networks combined with Dunamu's Web3 infrastructure are expected to extend to trade settlements and inter-company fund transfers. The actual launch of services is still subject to regulatory improvements, including the determination of stablecoin issuers, reserve management methods, and the delineation of business boundaries.
