[AI Security Company Neo Announces $100 Million Funding Round, Led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners] According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on July 20, AI security company Neo officially announced the completion of a $100 million funding round, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures. Neo was co-founded by former executives from SentinelOne, Wiz, and Palo Alto Networks, positioning itself as an 'intelligent software control company.' The company aims to provide enterprises with a real-time control layer to help SecOps teams comprehensively inventory, assess risks, attribute behaviors, and enforce policies for AI agents, AI applications, browser plugins, MCP servers, and traditional software. According to Gartner's forecast, by 2025, only 5% of enterprise applications will have intelligent agent capabilities, but this proportion is expected to rise to 40% by the end of 2026.
