Agree with Lyn here. Bitcoin may have much more important improvements to implement than temporarily parking potential spam elsewhere if a contentious fork happens with BIP 110. Priorities need to be stack-ranked. How about getting consensus on a post-quantum roadmap first and foremost?(Ξliézer Ndinga)
