General rule: When strong stocks experience a significant pullback, it usually signals the market is going through its final dip. However, this 'final dip' is a range, and it's impossible to pinpoint the exact size of the range or the timing of the bottom. Essentially, it means the last remaining bulls are starting to give up, and confidence is very low. At this point, fundamentals matter much less than current market expectations and liquidity. For the bold: you can pick a range and buy in batches (left side), but the risk is breaking the support level and heading to the next range down. For the cautious: you can wait until the risk is mostly released before buying in, like when it drops to the support level, consolidates for a while, and shows signs of moving upward again (right side).
