3 months ago, the KelpDAO hack incident led Arbitrum to take emergency action and freeze assets; 2 days ago, a similar hack happened on the Arbitrum chain targeting @Ostium, but this time @arbitrum chose to turn a blind eye. What we know: Arbitrum officials had both the capability and the time window to freeze the hacker's address involved in the Ostium theft. As of now, some of the stolen funds have been converted to ETH and remain on the Arbitrum mainnet. Question: Why is Arbitrum engaging in selective enforcement?
