There aren’t many whales still manipulating altcoins these days. Heard that the whale behind Rave is playing with projects again, but if there’s no counterparty, they’ll just give up. Whales nowadays are super smart— they control costs and only pump lightly. If no retail investors follow, they abandon it. Since I’m not on my computer checking contract data right now, I’m not playing with anything at the moment.
