Great discussion with the top execs from crypto’s top trade associations at @hlglobal_ yesterday. We covered the Clarity Act; everyone wants the bill done, and a handful of issues remain outstanding with time running short. My fellow panelists were still optimistic about passage before August recess…more optimistic than me. We also talked SEC/CFTC; both agencies are well informed and working hard on Project Crypto. No matter which way Clarity goes, they will each have a lot to do in the coming months and years.
