According to an email sent to mining pool account owners, voting weight is calculated based on each participant's 10-day average hash rate. Foundry stated that it will follow the majority result of hash rate voting during the signaling period; if more than 51% of the voting hash rate supports BIP-110, the pool will use 100% of its blocks to emit a "Yes" signal; if the majority opposes, it will not emit a support signal.
