Eligible customers can now directly buy, sell, and hold Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL) through the E*TRADE platform. E*TRADE stated that the current spot trading fee for cryptocurrencies is priced at 50 basis points (50 bps), and the asset transfer feature is expected to roll out later this year.
