Since the inception of defi, we’ve been building a space for mostly unregulated capital, without any licensing and rules that would allow billions of dollars of institutional capital to touch it. The result is pretty obvious - DeFI TVL is on the same level as 5 years ago and the progress has been minimal. For the last year, we’ve been building AGI3 markets together with Kinetic, a $12B AUM independent DIFC-based asset manager, to serve banks, UHNW principals, family offices, institutional allocators, and investment managers across private wealth, asset management, and capital formation. AGI3 markets holds a variety of licenses across the world that will allow us to work directly with institutional capital and bring billions of dollars on-chain and tokenize new types of RWAs.
