Just watched another live video from Wang Duanniao, this time he connected with Bitget for an rToken liquidity challenge. Same order, same asset, but the price difference was nearly $4. Plus, Bitget executed the entire order in one go without any delays. Duanniao personally verified it! Why is liquidity so important? Simply put, liquidity = whether you can quickly buy/sell at a price close to the current market price when you want to trade. It directly impacts your wallet thickness: 1. Slippage Costs If liquidity is poor, large orders can push the price higher when buying and lower when selling. In the video, this single order had a slippage difference of several hundred dollars. For big players, this money is essentially a free gift to the market. 2. Execution Certainty Can your order be executed immediately after placing it? Or do you have to wait forever or settle for partial execution? Platforms with poor liquidity often experience "price running away after placing an order," especially when trying to stop loss—being late by even a second could cost you thousands. 3. Security for Large Transactions Many people are trading tokenized U.S. stocks now, which essentially relies on the liquidity of real U.S. stocks. If the platform's liquidity can't keep up, even the best assets are useless. You either can't exit, or you exit with a huge loss. 4. Long-Term Compounding Effect Saving a bit on slippage with every trade adds up to a significant amount over a year. Choosing a platform with good liquidity is essentially saving yourself from paying an "invisible tax." I give this challenge a 99/100, leaving 1 point so BG doesn’t get too proud. Not because Bitget won, but because they dared to let users decide the order amount, compare platforms and assets, and then connect live to place orders. This is far more convincing than any marketing copy. Of course, a single demonstration doesn’t represent forever, but at least it proves that at this moment, Bitget’s rToken liquidity is genuinely strong—especially suitable for users looking to make large trades in tokenized U.S. stock assets. Liquidity isn’t just a marketing buzzword; it’s the most direct "moat" when you’re trading with real money.
