Tether just froze four TRON wallets holding a total of $131 million USDT. Looking at the source of the funds, most of it was withdrawn from the payment service provider DTC Pay and the cryptocurrency exchange Bitso. DTC is a licensed stablecoin payment institution in Singapore. Bitso is a leading cryptocurrency exchange in Latin America.
