The bill, known as The Blockchain Basic Laws, provides protection for cryptocurrency innovation and usage in the state and allows for the establishment of a special blockchain case docket in the Superior Court. Last year, New Hampshire passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill, which permits the state treasurer to invest up to 5% of public funds in Bitcoin, as well as gold, silver, and other precious metals.
