[Mitsubishi UFJ: Upcoming U.S. Inflation Data May Curb Dollar Strength] Odaily Planet Daily News - Mitsubishi UFJ analyst Lee Hardman stated in a report that if Tuesday's data shows U.S. core inflation pressure in June remains moderate, the dollar may weaken. He noted that the market will closely monitor the secondary effects of rising energy prices on core inflation. He mentioned that since the outbreak of the U.S.-Iran conflict, the core inflation rate has only risen slightly. 'If core inflation data remains moderate again, coupled with easing energy inflation, market participants are likely to lower their expectations for further Federal Reserve rate hikes, thereby curbing dollar strength in the coming week.'
