[BofA: Memory Market May Enter a Supercycle, DRAM Revenue Expected to Triple by 2026]
BlockBeats News, July 13 — Bank of America stated in a research report on July 11 that the ASP-driven supercycle in the global memory industry is still ongoing. It is estimated that global DRAM revenue will increase by 325% year-on-year by 2026, reaching $568.8 billion. The report also predicts that NAND revenue will grow by 299% during the same period, reaching $323.1 billion; combined revenue from DRAM and NAND will total $891.8 billion, a 315% increase compared to 2025. By 2027, the combined revenue of these two products may further rise to $1.25 trillion. Bank of America noted that this round of growth is primarily driven by price rebounds rather than mere shipment increases. The bank expects the average selling price (ASP) of DRAM to rise by 249% year-on-year in 2026, while the ASP of NAND is expected to increase by 238%.
