🐋 WHALE WATCH :Custodia Bank is officially taking the Federal Reserve to the SUPREME COURT. The Fed denied their master account literally the key to the US payment system despite Custodia being 100% legally eligible. A lower court just ruled 7 3 that the Fed can arbitrarily say no to anyone they want. Custodia is arguing the Fed has gone too far and they are dead right. This isnt just about one bank this is about TradFi gatekeepers weaponizing the rules to lock crypto out of the financial system. Massive respect to the Custodia team for refusing to back down.
