The end of an 11 year journey is coming in to focus. We did all the work. I have signed all the docs. The deal should close on Tuesday. I was Chairman for the last 6 years and I’m incredibly proud of the outcome we secured. Now all that’s left is a few more days. More to come.(Mike Alfred)
