Amid continued downward fluctuations, it had dropped to $4,021.92 during early U.S. trading on July 8. COMEX gold futures fell 0.12% for the week, closing at $4,120.70/oz. Spot silver fell 0.21% to $59.8310/oz, down 4.13% for the week, having dropped to $57.2260 during early U.S. trading on July 8. COMEX silver futures fell 1.41% for the week, closing at $60.200/oz. COMEX copper futures rose 1.90% for the week, closing at $6.2865/lb. Spot platinum fell 0.53% for the week, closing at $1,634.25/oz, while spot palladium rose 0.48%, closing at $1,279.88/oz.
