According to Wu, the Hyperliquid testnet now supports Immediate-Or-Cancel (IOC) order settings with a priority fee of 8–100 bps. This range maintains the same priority effect at the mempool level as on the mainnet and does not constitute a disruptive change. Within the 8–100 bps range, the priority fee is only used to sort IOC orders received around the same time.
