As AI agents begin to independently negotiate, make payments, and conduct business transactions, economic activities between machines are rapidly increasing. However, just like human-to-human commercial interactions, issues such as contract breaches and payment disputes may also arise between AI agents. The existing legal systems and traditional courts are ill-equipped to handle the high-speed transaction scenarios of machines.
