At 12 noon, China's Long March 10B carrier rocket ignited and launched from the Hainan launch site. After completing the separation of the first and second stages in the air, one of the primary stages returned and successfully landed on the offshore recovery platform. China is also starting to follow Musk's SpaceX path of rocket recovery.
