[Goldman Sachs: If US-Iran Negotiations Continue, Persian Gulf Oil Supply Could Recover by Late July]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on July 9, Goldman Sachs predicted that if the 60-day negotiations persist and Iran's oil exemptions are reinstated, the flow of oil in the Persian Gulf could recover by late July, requiring an additional daily transport of 6.6 million barrels through the Strait of Hormuz. If negotiations break down and tanker attacks escalate, while the U.S. potentially enforces a blockade on Iranian oil, the flow in the Persian Gulf could further decline. (Jin10)
