Jin10 Data, July 8 – The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), in collaboration with the Computing Power Industry Development Alliance, has officially launched the "Computing Power Super-Silver Ecosystem Co-Building Plan." Leveraging the China Computing Power Platform, the initiative aims to jointly explore two innovative service models: "Computing Power Supermarket" and "Computing Power Bank," while developing new modes of computing power trading and resource scheduling tailored to the era of large-scale models. The "Computing Power Supermarket" introduces flexible billing methods such as "card hours," "core hours," and Token-based billing, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to purchase on demand and pay-as-you-go, thereby lowering the barrier to one-time investments. The "Computing Power Bank" establishes a simulated operational mechanism for computing power resources involving "depositing—billing—withdrawal—credit," encouraging SMEs to deposit idle computing power resources. Through cross-regional and cross-cycle scheduling, flexible utilization is achieved. The plan also explores a value distribution model based on layered settlement according to computing power contribution and aims to develop a computing power credit scoring system.
