Vanguard Group is hiring a Head of Crypto Business The world’s second-largest asset management company, Vanguard, is creating its first-ever Head of Digital Assets position to develop the company’s long-term strategy for crypto and blockchain. This role will evaluate areas such as tokenization, stablecoins, digital wallets, custody, and blockchain settlements, and decide whether Vanguard will build in-house capabilities, collaborate with external partners, or delay entry into certain markets. Vanguard stated that this hiring does not indicate an imminent launch of crypto products, and there are currently no plans to issue proprietary crypto investment tools.
