House next week will consider several campaign finance-related bills under suspension of the rules including bipartisan legislation by Reps. Brian Fitzpatick (R-PA) & Jared Golden (D-ME) to prohibit foreign nationals from influencing U.S. elections at all levels including state and local ballot initiatives, referenda, and recall elections.
