BlockBeats News, July 7: According to Bloomberg, AI chip manufacturer Syntiant, backed by Intel and Microsoft, has filed for an IPO. The company produces ultra-low-power AI chips and software for on-device AI in headphones, wearables, and industrial systems.
According to its filing, the company's Q1 performance is as follows:
Revenue: $64.5 million (compared to $66.6 million in the same period last year)
Net loss: $26.2 million (compared to $16.8 million in the same period last year)
It is reported that Syntiant has raised a total of $311 million to date and reached a valuation of $646.4 million following a funding round in December 2024.
