How can you use AI to easily and practically boost your work efficiency?
Build your personal 'crypto info hub' with AI—say goodbye to the anxiety of endlessly scrolling through Twitter, groups, and feeds.
The biggest time killer in the crypto space isn’t trading—it’s information overload. X, TG, Discord, news aggregators, on-chain data platforms—you’re probably consuming more information daily than 99% of the industry. But the info that actually helps you make money? Probably less than 1%.
AI can’t replace your judgment. But it can replace your endless scrolling.
Here’s my practical solution—use Claude or ChatGPT to set up a personal intelligence briefing system:
**Step 1:** Identify the questions you truly care about.
Don’t just ask, “What’s happening in crypto?”—that’s way too broad. Be specific: BTC breaking $62,000 or dropping below $59,000, ETH/BTC ratio crossing 0.03, a whale address transferring over 1,000 BTC, Binance listing a new token, SEC releasing crypto-related announcements. Stick to a maximum of 5 monitoring directions. If you go beyond 5—it’s like monitoring nothing at all.
**Step 2:** Write a monitoring rule + analysis and action suggestion for each direction.
For example: If BTC drops below $59,000—analyze the reasons and list three potential support levels. If it’s news-driven (e.g., SEC lawsuits, exchange incidents), note the source. If it’s fund-driven (e.g., large ETF outflows), highlight the funding data.
**Step 3:** At 9 AM every day—have AI run through your rules.
Your prompt: “Today is July X, 2026. Please summarize all relevant information from midnight until now based on the following monitoring rules. Report each rule separately—① Trigger status (Yes/No) ② Summary of related info ③ Analysis and judgment ④ Suggestions. If a rule wasn’t triggered—skip it. Don’t include irrelevant info.”
**Why this works:**
Previously, you spent 2 hours a day scrolling through information—most of that time was passive consumption—just reading whatever popped up. The AI monitoring system is proactive—it pulls only what you need to see. Plus, AI is better at monitoring tasks than humans—it won’t get distracted by a funny meme and forget what it’s looking for.
Once this system is up and running—30 minutes every morning—and you’ll know more than someone who spent 2 hours scrolling. It’s not that AI is smarter than you. It’s that proactive filtering is 10x more efficient than passive scrolling.
