This quarter is the most promising one for a rise this year. Historically, during every bear market, there has never been an uptick in the fourth quarter. Only the third quarter has shown a small chance of an increase. So, as I mentioned in my X post yesterday, if there's still light, then the third quarter is the only light of the year.
