Fabric Foundation: ROBO Governance Function Officially Launched

According to a report by Jinse Finance, on July 3, the Fabric Foundation announced on the X platform that it has launched a dedicated governance section on the Snapshot platform and established a Foundation Security Committee to oversee management. This marks a new starting point for co-building ROBO with the community. From the first day of launch, all ROBO token holders have substantial governance rights. Voting on Snapshot does not require on-chain transaction fees, and voting weight is tied to the number of ROBO tokens held by users. All proposals, voting records, and resolutions are fully transparent and publicly accessible, allowing the community to collectively shape the protocol's development direction and positioning. The Foundation Security Committee is responsible for implementing community decisions and ensuring that all resolutions are executed in a compliant and prudent manner. The founding members of the committee bring extensive experience in the robotics industry, foundation operations, and venture capital. The founding members include: Jerry Huang, founder of the Silicon Valley Robotics Center; Shivani Phull, Director at HashPoint Advisory; and Clara Cheng, Head of Business at Thrive Horizon Ltd.
