This instance would serve as the credit backend for their Visa card product, EtherFi Cash, replacing the current Debt Manager. The instance will share liquidity with Aave while maintaining market isolation, with EtherFi responsible for configuration, risk parameters, liquidity, and operations. Aave will provide V4 deployment and operational licensing, receiving 20% of reserve factor revenue in return. The business terms also include integrating GHO, deploying GHO GSM on the OP Mainnet, onboarding up to $175M in assets at launch, and making EtherFi Cash the exclusive user of the Aave V4 lending market.
