[The Interfold to Launch FOLD Token Auction on July 8] Foresight News reports that the privacy infrastructure project The Interfold will conduct a FOLD token auction via Uniswap CCA. The pre-bidding and KYC verification window will be open from July 6 to July 7; the auction will begin at 22:00 on July 8 and end at 22:00 on July 10. Successful participants can claim tokens through the Uniswap interface. After the auction concludes, FOLD tokens will have a 40-day cooling-off period during which they can only be used for staking on Ciphernode and cannot be freely transferred. Participants must complete KYC verification through Predicate. The auction will adopt a uniform clearing price mechanism, allowing bidders to set a maximum FDV and budget. Any amount exceeding the clearing price can be withdrawn and re-bid. The tokens are expected to have their transfer restrictions lifted and complete the TGE around August 19.
