This morning, I met with Mr. Jaime Muguiro, CEO of Caribbean Cement Company Limited, to discuss the company’s ongoing investment in Jamaica and its role in supporting national infrastructure and economic development. He expressed his strong impression of the pace and scale of development taking place across Jamaica, and the growing confidence in the country’s investment climate. Our discussion reinforced the importance of public-private partnerships in advancing Jamaica’s development agenda.
